Our team is dedicated to supporting elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). We are committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.
We work closely with our staff and contract Providers to ensure that quality standards, program expectations, and the individual needs of the people we support are met. Our team maintains ongoing communication and collaboration with each Home Provider and staff member, providing guidance, resources, and support to help them succeed.
Our Commitment
Our commitment to quality extends beyond routine oversight. Our experienced leadership take on an active role in the supervision of our CLA homes. Clinical Support visits the home regularly to provide ongoing guidance and support related to the health and well-being of the individuals served. In addition, our Quality Team conducts regular visits to monitor compliance, documentation, and program standards, while other members of leadership remain actively involved in supporting the homes and addressing needs as they arise.
Our goal is to help individuals live their best life possible while receiving the support they need.
Through this hands-on approach, Longleaf Residential provides our staff and our contract Home Providers with the support they need while ensuring that each home maintains a safe, compliant, and nurturing environment where the individuals we serve can thrive.
