Proud to provide Community Residential Services (CRA)
Longleaf Residential is proud to provide Community Residential Services (CRA) to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Over 2 decades of experience serving the intellectually disabled in residential settings.

What are Community Residential Alternative (CRA) Services?
CRA Services provide daily living support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in small residential licensed CLA’s (Community Living Arrangements) and host homes in the community.

Our Goals
To help each individual live a safe, meaningful, and fulfilling life in a home where they feel valued, respected, and supported.
More Than Care—A Place to Belong: We believe quality residential care is about more than meeting someone’s physical needs. It is about creating opportunities.
Live. Connect. Choose. Participate. Belong.
Residents are encouraged to participate in activities that are meaningful to them, including community outings, shopping, dining, recreation, family activities, appointments, hobbies, and other interests.
Family Partnership
Families and representatives are an important part of the individual’s support network. Longleaf Residential and the ALS team work collaboratively with families, representatives, care coordinators, nurses, healthcare providers, and other members of the individual’s team. We believe strong communication creates stronger support for the individual.
Health, Safety & Quality
The health, safety, dignity, and well-being of every individual are priorities.
Longleaf Residential provides management and operational support to the homes while working with the appropriate provider and clinical team to ensure services are delivered in accordance with applicable Georgia requirements.
